I founded Westcott Consulting after graduating from NYU and gaining hands-on experience in fintech. It started with early consulting work — helping friends and colleagues build their own websites, projects, and services. Now, I work with clients to solve real software problems without overcomplicating things.

I believe good software engineering is fundamentally about solving the right problems. Identify them, think through the implications before committing to the solution, then execute efficiently. Better to get it right at first than waste time fixing it later.
